This whole day

Has been geared toward going to bed at 10 tonight. A drastic measure, I know, but sometimes that’s what we have to do to get stuff done, right?

So here’s the schedule…

Dinner just got done cooking, so dinner will be eaten until 7:30 or so.

Survivor at 8, during which I will be folding clothes and sketching new designs for a bag I’ve been dying to sew up.

Hot shower at 9, during which I will be using a scented candle, and before I get in of course I’ll clean up the bathroom real quick so it’s ready for tomorrow. (To see this plan in detail just google Swish N Swipe or Flylady. Easy peasy.)

Then, drum roll please…bed at 9:30! Yes, I said 10, but that’s because I fully intend to read or crochet for a half hour before I fall asleep. I may not last that long, but I’m trying to not stress about not falling asleep right away.

There’s the plan, so let’s see how it goes.

About messymama
I'm a SAHM with a busy schedule and a love of too many things to count! I sew, I write, I draw, and I love to create. I'm always on the lookout for a new project idea. One other very important thing about me - my house is in a continual state of upheaval and mess. Slowly but surely I'm working through the piles and boxes, but I am still in the process, and some days it seems like it would be much easier to pack up and move!

      Well….

We got in bed at 10 but…I was still awake at 1.

I really tried, but I failed miserably…still trying though!
